Well it's been over half a decade since I've been on this blog. Seriously, where has the time gone?!  So here's a very brief update...Maguire just started third grade this week and Logan 2nd. I can hardly believe my boys are growing up so fast.
I blinked and they're big boys now.  Obviously you can see for yourself.  These guys keep me on my toes.

Summer was great but hardly relaxing with kids! haha.  It's crazy to think, that as a kid you only have some many summers to enjoy it and be a kid before you have to be responsible, get a job, act like a young adult and make money.  So in some ways, I think there's a lot of pressure as a mom to make summer great for them. I'm not sure how "great" it was but I hope that in some way this past summer will be a memorable one.  I know each summer will be for me as I watch them grow.  

The start of a new school year is so bittersweet.  It's so nice to feel like we get a little break when they head back to school and the excitement that comes with knowing that they will learn new things, make new friends, and mature as a little human being.  But it's also hard to see them growing up so fast.  It's like we can hardly grasp these moments in time, that can be so difficult but yet so precious. They're only little once.  Gosh a love these four.  If only time would stand still and we could all just enjoy the things in life that matter the most. Cherish each moment.  

Four more teeth and a little bit of crawling later...

...We are back home after spending three weeks Up North.

The boys took their first hike (on our backs) to Pyramid Point. They loved the sand, except when it was blowing in their faces!

One more day up here until we go home. Hope it's as good as the rest!

Hello Everyone,

Spring is finally on it's way! The trees here are finally starting to bud and the early spring bulbs are starting to sprout! I can't tell you how excited I am for warmer weather!

With an 18 and 5 month old at home, I'm definitely looking forward to getting out more with these guys...long walks, runs in the park, playing in the backyard...you name it!

Looking forward to lots of fun with these little guys!

Today we're all home with runny noses and cloudy weather and hopes that the sun might make it's way out today!

Logan, Maguire's little brother, is now

four months old and full of smiles

and giggles too!

Maguire is enjoying being the big brother.

Mom and Dad stopped by on their way down to Miami U. for Katie's MAC swim meet, and dropped Whiskey off here for the next couple days. Willis and Major will enjoy her company...and Maguire will be surprised to see her here when he wakes up from his nap!

Saturday, the boys and I plan to head down to Miami for Katie's final races, while Luke hangs here with the dogs (all three of them) and works on the basement bathroom.

Thanks Luke, for all your hard work, and good luck Auntie Katie- you've worked hard too! After Saturday, we will miss watching you swim:-)
